Renovation in the Laguna Beach Hills

1950's Beach House Remodel

Not long ago, this was a 1950's worn down beach cottage in the hills of Laguna Beach. The dingy, dated and dark house was not an ideal fit for the young family who purchased it. They hired Anders Lasater Architects who worked closely with the new homeowners to create a modern farmhouse home ideal for their growing family. This is such a clean open space it's hard not to love it!
