It may be an apartment, flat, or condominium.The term pied-à-terre implies usage as a temporary second residence (but not a vacation home), either for part of the year or part of the work week, by a reasonably wealthy person.This 2300 sf ft Parisian apartment has managed to blend modernism & grandeur with a little bit of coastal influence. In this Haussmannian apartment, masculine influences balance the clean lines of the monochromatic furniture. The floors alone are incredible!
