The original home that was on this property was engulfed in vegetation and had very little sunlight. The idea was to create a new oasis or clearing within the forest. Now, the clearing has become a major great room including a sunny yard and a pool, with a bright sheltered deck, and eat-in kitchen.The new deck replaces the front door, reflecting a casual lifestyle and subtropical climate. This is the quintessential idea of an indoor/outdoor home. I love the rich wood mixed with bright white and black!
