The Montauk Beach House, designed by Space Exploration, sits atop a heavily wooded bluff with gorgeous views of Fort Pond and Fort Pond Bay. The flipped floor plan design has an open kitchen and living room on the top floor with the bedrooms below. I love the stark white walls, natural lighting, white washed French oak planks and the centered skylights. It's so light, bright & clean! I've never been to Montauk but the homes there inspire me to take a trip!
