Modern Home on the Coast of Santa Barbara
This insanely perfect property is overlooking the Pacific just north of Santa Barbara. Designed by Dan Weber of Anacapa Architecture used materials as simple as concrete, walnut, glass, and steel that will weather and patina naturally over time. The interior was beautifully done by Mira Eng-Goetz of Jessica Helgerson Interiors (i love them!). Her palette was also simple using leather, handwoven textiles, brass, and wood to add warmth and character to the space.
Located on one of the last remaining undeveloped coastal areas in California, this modern guest house resides on a wildlife preserve; exemplifying a successful balance of residential development and ecological preservation.
Thank you Jessica Helgerson Design and senior designer Mira Eng-Goetz
