Just wrapping up this garage conversion. It started off as a 2 car garage and it's now a 450 sq ft livable space with one bedroom a full bathroom and walk-in closet. It's fully insulated and has French Oak hardwood floors. I'm having a custom Romeo & Juliet railing built for the French doors but it's not ready yet. Stay tuned...

This Tree House bedroom looks over a courtyard and directly into the avocado trees!
