This Parisian Pied-à-terre is a Perfect Blend of New & Old~

Pied à Terre: (French for “foot on the ground”) is a small living unit usually located in a large city some distance away from an individual’s primary residence. It may be an apartment, flat, or condominium.
The term pied-à-terre implies usage as a temporary second residence (but not a vacation home), either for part of the year or part of the work week, by a reasonably wealthy person.

This 2300 sf ft Parisian apartment has managed to blend modernism & grandeur with a little bit of coastal influence. In this Haussmannian apartment, masculine influences balance the clean lines of the monochromatic furniture. The floors alone are incredible!

This posting is outstanding. The blending of the new with the old is great. The floors look like they are from the 19th century along with the ceilings and the crown moldings. This Pied a Terre is everything you love about Paris and more. Even a view of the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen. “Amour Paris”
