But did you know that indoor plants can clinically reduce stress, fight colds, remove contaminants, and even stop headaches? 1989, as part of NASA’s landmark Clean Air Study, researchers discovered that some plants do something extraordinary: They eliminate toxins from the air. Besides their decorative appeal some houseplants provide many added benefits.
